We have been giving “fun” a shape one after another.

Our company, which was founded by just one person, was joined by more and more wonderful team members as it has developed.
In order to clarify the significance of our company’s existence, we formulated our corporate philosophy, which had been vague until then, as follows.

In line with this management philosophy, we changed the name of our company to Kitanotatsujin Corporation, the name used in our first website.

In May 2012, 12 years after the company was founded by a single person, we became listed on a stock exchange.
We were able to achieve our longtime goal of being listed on the Sapporo Securities Exchange in our hometown, and we continued to make progress as we grew to become a company listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in November 2015.

We are not trying to make the company bigger just for the sake of it because we are focusing on “fun” ideas, but we may become a big company someday, nonetheless.

By then, we may have established various group companies and overseas subsidiaries, such as Kitanotatsujin Bank, Kitanotatsujin Hospital, Kitanotatsujin Railroad, and Kitanotatsujin America.
However, I believe that each of these companies would be truly unique and not just like the ones already in existence.
